Mixed Development
Formerly known as Parkview Executive Suites, the property was re-branded as Somerset Vientiane, and managed by Ascott Limited, the world’s largest serviced-residences provider in 2014. A refurbishment prior to the re-branding saw all 116 apartments, main lobby, public areas, and the breakfast lounge completely renovated. The IT infrastructure was also upgraded to provide guests with the latest wireless technology.
